Application and specific quality of Automatic Ejecting Oven

 

The main application of Automatic Ejecting Oven is to develop a product with the condition of very short time of heat flow curing (10~50 sec) for coil coating(PCM), metallic plate coating, can coating and ink industries.

 

It has a feature of an easy control of wind velocity according to the size and thickness of test piece. Also, the hot wind sprays on the cover of the test piece directly. So, it can be tested in the high-thermal condition and uniform temperature as the most similar to the condition of heat flow time of coil coating line. In the continual testing on several test pieces, it is so precise that the discrepancy of color & gloss was hardly generated.

 

 

In case of Automatic Ejecting Oven, we remove the large door as in a Box type Oven and make a small lid to input test pieces in order to minimize the heat leakage. Therefore, it can meet the perfect color and gloss which is the most similar to the condition of coil coating line even under the condition of short time of heat flow curing (10~50 sec.). As a result, it has been approved as an excellent oven by renowned global paint makers like Akzo, PPG, Valspar, SIGMA and many others in Korea, Japan and China.
